Semantic Research is the leading provider of Semantic Networking based on non linear knowledge representation tools. The Company provides these tools to the Intel, Gov, EDU and commercial markets.

POSITION SUMMARY
Semantic Research, Inc is based in San Diego, CA in the old Real World San Diego house...we do have the world's best place to work. We are looking for superstar developers to assist us in the continuing evolution of our Semantica product line.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Engineer will join our small development team and assist in the evolution and integration of the product. Experience with Java application development against relational databases using JDBC and experience with Java web development (servlets, JSP, Struts, etc.) is a must. DoD experience is a plus. Some travel may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years' industry experience
3+ years Java programming
XML programming experience (XPath, XSLT, etc.) esp. from within Java
Java/J2EE (EJB, JMS)
Excellent communication skills
BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field
Understanding of Semantic Networks a plus :)
