Visualization & Analysis

Semantica provides ground breaking visualization to query and display relationships among various pieces of information. The visual display of the data enables the analyst to show related entities and attributes of the concept in question with a simple click of the button. This simplicity allows the analyst to spend less time switching between disconnected interfaces, and more time performing analysis within a single system. In short, the analyst can spend less time formatting data to move amongst their different tools, and instead spend more time discovering relevant connections hidden in the data.

This visual display can be further augmented if geospatial and/or temporal data are available about any of the entities the analyst has chosen to display. With the simple click of a button the data can be overlaid on top of imagery to show the connections and times events occurred with a backdrop of imagery, as shown in the screenshot below.

In the screenshots above the same data is shown with items placed over the locations where they were tracked. However, in the top picture some of the links and nodes are either grayed out or not displayed because they were additionally filtered by time to assist the analyst in showing the progression of time. This shows how multiple filters can be applied to assist the analyst in understanding the operating picture as quickly as possible in the desired context.
